Front office staff are friendly and helpful. They help me to arrange transport for us to go train station early morning. Location is close to Wu Chang old streets and good place to experience local food. It is close to local breakfast place within free streets away. Room is spacious and cosy.

因為在很多城市我們住的都是亞朵，都感覺住的挺舒服，服務也不錯，所以這次武漢之旅第一個想到的也是亞朵，但是這次的亞朵太失望了，第一，我定的是行政雙床房，辦理入住時候，前台問二樓四樓選哪個，我説選二樓，前台建議選四樓，我聽了，一進房間，打開燈，所有燈都打開了，依然昏暗，感覺很憋悶，就不能把燈換的亮一點嗎？洗漱間黑的，開着燈看鏡子，都看不清臉，呵呵第二，那個窗户小的，都把我看笑了，對得起“行政”兩個字嗎？我又在攜程看了看圖，才發現，攜程上的圖沒拉開紗簾，不仔細看，根本看不出來這麼一丁點個窗户，這也是造成室內昏暗的主要原因第三，前台説房間後面是後山，有鐵軌，但是把窗户關上就不會聽到聲音了，但是你們覺得隔音效果再好，能沒有一點聲音嗎？睡眠質量差的就不要定這裏了，我睡眠質量這麼好的人，從來也不認床，從十點開始愣是睜着眼睛到一點多沒睡着第四，早餐時候，想喝點果汁，發現三個果汁壺，一個橙汁，一個葡萄汁，一個桃汁，拿起橙汁壺，還沒倒，一堆小飛蟲飛起來，嚇了我一跳，是，果汁甜會招小飛蟲，但是別人家酒店果汁怎麼沒有過呢？第五，退房時候，前台問我住感如何？我都沒好意思直接説很差，説了個一般，服務員衹回了個哦，我們要出去，因為我推着坐輪椅的老媽，而且酒店的無障礙通道坡度特別大，我一個人是無法推下去的，不知道是不是因為我説住宿感覺一般，沒有一個人主動説幫我一起推下去的，包括就站在旁邊的保安，就都一動不動的看着我推着長者走，是我問：您好，能幫我一下嗎？保安才過來幫忙本來對亞朵印象不錯，但是這次的極差體驗，以後不會再住了

優點：1.離黃鶴樓和糧道街都很近。如果是去黃鶴樓還是很值得。 2.每一層都有水需要可以自取。 3.酒店是個老酒店沒有主圖拍的那麼新，但衞生還可以。缺點：1.離鐵路線路特別近，關上窗户還能聽見的程度，睡覺不是很輕但還是會聽到。到了酒店才被告知有火車經過也是沒辦法，就不能提前説嗎？ 2.前台客服的業務能力一般，帶着長者來的，説了三次個人出遊，他還在會議的花名冊裏找訊息，辦理入住時間三間房間就要了大概20多分鐘。 3.遊玩時間恰巧和酒店有會議入住，房間滿了這能理解。但酒店放鬆了門禁管理還是要引起注意。

隔音極差！整夜無法入睡，彷彿睡在走廊上！入住體驗：這次入住體驗堪稱災難！原本看中酒店位置便利才選擇這裏，沒想到隔音問題徹底毀了整個行程。房間的牆壁和門彷彿紙糊的一樣，走廊裏的腳步聲、住客聊天聲甚至開關門的聲音都聽得一清二楚！凌晨兩點被一羣晚歸客人的喧嘩聲吵醒，緊接着每隔半小時就有“砰”的關門聲，感覺整層樓的門都在震動。更離譜的是，連隔壁房間打電話的內容都能隱約聽見，毫無私隱可言！向酒店前台反映後，對方僅表示“會提醒其他客人注意”，但問題毫無改善。這樣的隔音水平完全不符合酒店宣傳的“舒適睡眠環境”。如果對噪音敏感，強烈建議避雷這家酒店！價格不低卻連最基本的休息質量都無法保障，絕不會再次入住。
