Came to Wuhan on a business trip and stayed at the Atour Hotel next to the Han Show Theater. It was a very good choice. The transportation is convenient and it is easy to go anywhere. The hotel is clean, elegant and tidy. The young people in charge of reception at the front desk are of good quality, meticulous and enthusiastic. Because our return high-speed train was a little late, they were particularly considerate and handled the extended check-in service for us. Thank you very much!

The biggest highlight of the hotel is its super convenient location, opposite the Han Show Theater and the subway station. The service attitude was very good. After waiting for a while, the staff promptly upgraded the room type and sent breakfast. There are plenty of laundry machines in the laundry room, and someone will deliver the laundry to your room after drying. The bedding and hygiene are excellent, and the overall experience is very good.

The coffee and tea are good, the service is super good, the location is also very good, next to the subway station, the overall feeling is very good. There is porridge in the evening, so you don’t have to worry about being hungry. Haha, the breakfast is very rich and the kids like it very much!

I rarely complain, I guess I got kickbacks from Atour’s purchases. As soon as I sat down on the toilet, it started flushing and water splashed everywhere. I was seriously worried about hygiene issues. The flush sensor is right where your feet sit on the toilet, and only top purchasers will buy this kind of toilet. I asked the front desk what to do and they told me to turn off the water inlet switch manually. You have to manually open it every time you use it; the sand window is also very strange. No matter whether you press the button or open the sand window, you can't open it. You have to find the paddle at the bottom; there is an escape mask where the luggage is placed, and the luggage can only be placed on the ground. The worst value for money hotel I have stayed in in the past two years! In order to prevent me from leaving a bad review, they also promised to send breakfast and souvenirs. Poor facilities and even worse taste!
