We extended 1 more night as service level is great and breakfast is reasonably acceptable. Reception staff are great help when asking for assistance by us.

Comfortable bed and clean room. The nearest metro station is 800 meters away from the hotel. Shops, restaurants and a small shopping mall can be found 500 meters from the hotel. Room is equipped with AC and water kettle. Hot water available day and night. Nice stay overall.

The most I loved was it’s Robert. Well I feel hotel gives best service but it’s name is confusing as I see on trip.con same hotel with two names I booked with this name but hotel name was IBIS it need to place proper pictures it becomes confusing to find. I wish it was bit more near to subway but ideally all what was mentioned was right. Subway is 1kms distance. Food corners are also nearby and also for me Hankou station was near
