酒店服務態度好，住宿房間挺大寬敞乾淨，大廳很漂亮，服務貼心，停車方便，遊玩攻略介紹的很詳細，完全住一晚玩兩天很充實，夏天水上的表演也開始了，潑水節活動互動很有意思，街區夜景很美，篝火盛會，漢服大秀，玲瓏仙界活動還不錯，很拉動現場氛圍，很適合度假，下次會推薦朋友過來。

酒店環境很好，很安靜，訂房自帶兩張門票，酒店餐食很不錯，性價比很高，帶娃可以在景區內逛一天，有遊樂場、花市，晚上還有表演，打鐵花是一絕。

在武漢木蘭山水精品酒店，推窗見山水，房間整潔温馨，服務貼心，沉浸式享自然，超讚👍
酒店就在景區裏面 晚上還可以觀看花木蘭替父從軍，征戰十二年，立功無數，卻拒官返鄉，其忠孝勇智，成千古佳話，激勵後人保衞家國 。

雖然中間有些小插曲，總體來説體驗感還是不錯的，工作人員服務意識挺強，例如來之前空調已經打開了，配合度也不錯，下雨期間送傘很及時，如果下次有需要還是會考慮來這裏的，這個園區可玩可看可吃的比較豐富，除了今天天氣不給力，還是要點贊。

服務態度滿分，有求必應，房間估計是才裝修好的，房間沙發和桌椅還沒配進去，房間就是一張床，後來跟前台説了，服務員馬上幫忙搬了一個桌子和椅子，服務點贊，晚上挺涼快的，空調效果很好。就是床品有點偏硬，去的時候沒幾間房，沒開自助早餐有點遺憾，阿姨做的份餐早餐提供的
