"The hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location right in Wuhan's city center. Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street is less than a 500-meter walk away, and charming historical buildings from the Republic of China era can be reached in under 1000 meters. The three of us each booked a king room. Every room had a chic, 'light luxury' design with a premium feel, and was spotlessly clean. The large windows, in particular, made the rooms wonderfully bright. The toiletries provided were complete and of high quality. My friends consistently praised my choice of hotel, saying they would definitely recommend it to their own friends in the future. What truly stood out was the refreshment station in the ground-floor lobby. It was well-stocked with various drinks, freshly brewed coffee, biscuits, and pastries. Every morning, before heading out, I was able to grab a cup of coffee to go! Furthermore, a fantastic bonus was the unlimited supply of Jing Tian mineral water. Unlike many other hotels that only provide two complimentary bottles daily, this hotel conveniently placed mineral water stations next to the elevators, allowing guests to grab a bottle whenever they wished."

"I booked last minute and it's my second stay here. I chose it because of the location, staff, and room. It's conveniently located in front of a bus stop and a 10 min walk to Zhuyeshan metro station. There's a little convenience store on the first floor to get snacks and drinks. There are food and fruit markets in an alley around the corner. There's a pedestrian bridge so I don't have to cross the road. There's bubble tea, Starbucks, luckin coffee and burger king across the street as well. The staff are always busy but always willing to help. I used a translator app mostly to communicate and they were very patient and helpful. The housekeeping staff /aunties are great and will smile if you smile and be friendly first. The morning breakfast is on the heavy side for me but full of variety and delicious. If you're able to, reserve the room with the breakfast included, I found the value was excellent. I especially liked the lady who prepares the noodle soups. I stayed in a larger queen deluxe room this time and thought it was great! I had a better view of the gas station across the street. The regular room was awesome too. I didn't hear street noise but there were times in the evening when I could hear other guest's noise. It didn't bother me, and I suppose it depends on who comes and enjoys the hotel. Another amazing part of the hotel is it offers free laundry and there are dryers. I think they offer a free laundry service too but I didn't mind doing my own. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would come again to stay. Wuhan was an amazing experience and this hotel was part of it. Xièxiè."

"The hotel boasts a superb location on Jianghan Road, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and visiting attractions. We were traveling with elderly family members and children, and upon arrival, the hotel was undergoing renovations, which made things a bit less convenient than usual. However, we received a complimentary room upgrade that far exceeded our expectations. The front desk had warned us about potential noise from the renovations, but we didn't hear a thing during our three-day stay."

"This hotel has excellent service. They provided everything they needed, from small rubber bands to small clips. The crystal chandelier was incredibly beautiful. It's also close to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. We were picked up at the airport and it only took 15 minutes to get there. The driver even helped carry our luggage."

"Whenever I travel, Atour is always my go-to choice; I never have to worry about their service, facilities, or rooms. For my trip to Wuhan this time, I naturally opted for the Atour on Jianghan Road again. The location is incredibly convenient for transport; Metro Line 2, Exit J, leads directly to the hotel building. I'm quite fond of this apartment-style hotel concept, and the views are fantastic. We were initially assigned a spacious river-view room on the 52nd floor, though it lacked a washing machine. Otherwise, everything was excellent – clean, bright, and offering panoramic views of the Yangtze River. The service was outstanding; any minor issues we encountered were resolved promptly. Housekeeping was also very efficient. If I had to mention a minor drawback, it would be the elevators. As it's a high-rise building, only two elevators serve the Atour floors, which meant occasional waits, but nothing unreasonable. Beyond that, everything was perfectly satisfactory. Should I have the opportunity to visit Wuhan again in the future, this hotel will undoubtedly remain my top choice."

"The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The intern staff Sun Mountain Tiger was extremely helpful and patient to answer queries, and help set up metro QR apps. The in-house gymn is well equipped and with sauna and steam bath. The hotel is located at Hankou business centre and a little off the major tourists sights. Thecloset tourist area is Jianghan pedestrian walk is three metro stations away. From there one can catch a free to cross over to Wuchang where the Yellow crane tower is located."

"The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, providing a very comfortable experience for guests. A special shout-out goes to the staff member working the night shift on June 27th. Her service was absolutely five-star; she thought of every single detail for the guests and had an exceptionally good attitude. She meticulously reviewed my notes and promptly assisted me when I requested a room change after detecting a slight smoke odor in the initial room. In the evening, she even delivered preserved egg and lean pork congee along with some snacks. Beyond the service, the hotel's decor is fantastic, and the room environment itself was excellent. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay."

"A very satisfying stay. You should still book an old star hotel, which has all the services you should have and new styles. The specific feelings are: 1. The environment is awesome, living in the park, there are birds, fish, cats and white rabbits. 2. The window balcony looks out to the lake, which is worth it. 3. Although the equipment and facilities are not new, they are very well maintained, clean and tidy without odor, and there is no dust layer in the corners. 4. The long-lost evening light-on bed-making service, now the new hotel has long gone, and it has to be an old star hotel. 5. The old hotel also has new styles, the butler service makes people feel intimate, and the fruit sent is heartwarming. 6. The hotel restaurant buffet breakfast and à la carte dinner are good. 7. Visiting Chairman Mao’s former residence adds value to the stay, and I learned a lot of little-known stories of great men. The explanation of the guide is vivid and vivid. Finally, I decided to stay at the ”Donghu Hotel” when I go to Wuhan in the future. Finally, a few small suggestions: the water for showering is a bit small and the drainage is a bit slow."

"Excellent hotel. From the check in moment; we loved everything about this hotel. Wonderful front reception team. The room is super bright & clean. Was nice to be able to wash & dry our clothes at ease. The amazing station drop off service is very much appreciated. It was raining hard… the driver made an exception to pick us up from the garage & dropped us off safely. We thank you so much for the kindness and the professionalism of the driver. Will book again without hesitation next time."
