"I absolutely loved the service and amenities at the Shangri-La Wuhan! Both times I requested extra water, a razor, and other items from room service, they responded in about 5 minutes. The room was clean and spacious, and I especially liked the long desk! All the electrical appliances were spotless, clearly designed with safety and cleanliness in mind. For example, the electric kettle's power cord can be neatly rolled into a hidden compartment in its base. The ironing board and iron were also very easy to use. Overall, I appreciate the service and facilities of the well-established Shangri-La brand. There were no strange odors in the room, and the lotion had that familiar citrus scent. This time, the razor handle was actually bamboo, which was a nice touch, and it even came with a small can of shaving foam! The indicator lights in the elevator lobby were very clear, and when an elevator arrived, there was not only a red light but also a bell sound, so you'd never have trouble finding which of the six elevators had arrived. Very user-friendly! Most importantly, the value for money is exceptional! Thumbs up! 👍"

"Had a spontaneous idea to bring my child to the Hubei Provincial Museum, and this hotel's location was super convenient. Taxis were always quick to respond!
There was a minor issue with the room, but the duty manager was incredibly patient and helped resolve it. Very satisfied!
The concierge manager was also excellent. When we were leaving, he helped us wait for a taxi and loaded our luggage at the entrance.
However, I was really unhappy with the female staff member wearing glasses at the wonton station during breakfast. My child excitedly said, 'Auntie, I want six wontons,' but she just had a straight face, didn't say anything, and then served a full bowl. My child was confused and told me she thought the lady heard her. I don't know what might have happened to that staff member, but it felt like she was taking her emotions out on customers."

"Traveling to Wuhan, I found the city to be really enjoyable. I chose a hotel near the train station, and it turned out to be quite good. They offer free laundry service, which is a great perk. For around a hundred yuan, it's definitely good value for money, especially since it also includes free parking and complimentary late-night snacks. They even have a free gym! The front desk staff were very warm and provided thoughtful service. On top of all that, they even allowed me to check out late for free!"

"Came to Wuhan for the New Year's Day holiday and chose this Sheraton in Hankou. We smoothly checked in after taking a taxi directly from Yellow Crane Tower in the evening. The pool temperature was just right, and it wasn't crowded at night, plus you could use the sauna – very comfortable. I went to the gym at 6:30 AM and found a few gentlemen already burning calories on the treadmills and elliptical trainers, full of youthful energy! Check-out was also very convenient, and it was easy to get a taxi right outside. A big shout-out to Manager Jenny, who was incredibly thoughtful with everything from booking and check-in to post-departure follow-up! A delightful two-day trip to Wuhan!"

From Kitty reaching out early, to the doorman proactively helping with luggage as soon as we got out of the car, to Ana at the front desk efficiently handling check-in and thoughtfully informing us of the executive lounge's opening hours, the entire experience was excellent. The room I booked had a great view; I could even zoom in on my phone to see the Yellow Crane Tower. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, with the Xiangyang beef noodles and freshly steamed buns being particularly delicious."

Guests are also just a ten-minute drive away from the Wuchang Railway Station.This Wuhan hotel has been around for more than half a century, but was closed for renovations between 2006 and 2010.Diners can enjoy a meal at the health-focused Zheng Yuan Chinese Restaurant or try food at the Guobin Western Restaurant. The hotel also offers a Taiwanese restaurant and a Western-style bakery.Guests looking to stay active can work out in the hotel gym, challenge a friend to a game of tennis or table tennis as well as cool off in the indoor swimming pool.
"We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. My favorite was the porridge made of sweet rice wine and sweet rice dumplings.

Somerset is a charming establishment situated in a bustling commercial and residential district, conveniently located above a mall filled with shops and restaurants. With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience.
Check-In Experience:**
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions.
Room Quality:**
Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay.

The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order.

The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day.

Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.
Conclusion:**
Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

Not only do they offer a great selection of hot teas, tea bags, and filtered water for free all day, but the cups are spotless and readily available. They even thoughtfully provide little snacks. It's the perfect spot to relax and grab a warm drink to warm up and unwind before or after catching a high-speed train. The staff are incredibly attentive, always refilling everything promptly, so it's never out of stock. The attention to detail is truly top-notch.

GGuest UserSurprise upgrade to Hampton Suite, the experience exceeded expectations! The space is spacious and bright, the office area and the rest area are separated, efficient and comfortable. The bedding still maintains the high standards of Hampton, the shower water pressure is sufficient, and a good night's sleep. The hotel is equipped with a laundry room and a gym, which is very convenient. Hedy at the front desk is enthusiastic and professional, and also gave the children a small gift bag. It is the first choice for travel, and I will choose here next time!

BBelitskay TravelA good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.

It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life.
Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services.
Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business.
Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool!
Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there.
Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed.

I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Wuhan Hanyang Beike Hotel—this place is a masterpiece of modern hospitality. If you’re looking for luxury without breaking the bank, look no further.
Let’s start with the view: from my room, I had a breathtaking panorama of the Yangtze River, with a front-row seat to Wuhan’s cyberpunk-style skyline. The glowing bridges—including the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge, and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge—light up the night like something out of a sci-fi movie. To top it off, you can even spot the historic Yellow Crane Tower, blending the ancient with the ultramodern in a way that’s visually stunning and emotionally moving.
The interior design of the hotel is unbelievably sleek and luxurious—we’re talking five-star finishes, modern lighting, spotless wood flooring, elegant furniture, and a spa-like bathroom that feels straight out of a high-end design magazine. It’s the kind of place that makes you stop and say, “Wow,” the moment you walk in.
I’ve stayed at the Hilton, located just downstairs, and while it’s fine, Beike Hotel blows it out of the water in terms of value, design, and overall experience. You’re getting a top-tier, modern boutique stay at a fraction of the cost.
The staff, especially the warm and professional Ms. Liu, were incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind—service was impeccable.
If you’re a traveler who appreciates unique experiences, luxury on a budget, and a fusion of futuristic style with rich cultural heritage, this is THE hotel to book in Wuhan. I can’t recommend it enough.
I will definitely return, and when I do, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.

**Service:** Outstanding! Absolutely impeccable, everyone was incredibly thoughtful.
**Cleanliness:** Spotless.
**Facilities:** The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable! We booked both the 180-degree and 270-degree executive rooms, and both were fantastic. The river view was lovely, and the panoramic views were superb. The shower had great water pressure.
**Executive Lounge Privileges:** Definitely worth it. The desserts in the lounge were exquisite and delicious, and the evening drinks were also very good.
**Breakfast:** Quite ordinary; I wouldn't recommend paying extra for it.
**Lunch:** We tried the Hong Kong-style buffet at Cui Xiang, which was pretty good and offered great value for money.
We also ordered their拌面 (mixed noodles) with fried egg and rice wine in our room, and it was unexpectedly delicious.
**Location:** Very convenient. Li Huangpo Road is right downstairs, and it's about a 1.2 km walk to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, so a taxi ride is very cheap. Getting to Yellow Crane Tower, Gude Temple, or the Provincial Museum takes about 25 minutes by taxi, costing around 16 RMB.
Overall, highly recommended! I would definitely choose this hotel again if I revisit Wuhan!
