The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, providing a very comfortable experience for guests. A special shout-out goes to the staff member working the night shift on June 27th. Her service was absolutely five-star; she thought of every single detail for the guests and had an exceptionally good attitude. She meticulously reviewed my notes and promptly assisted me when I requested a room change after detecting a slight smoke odor in the initial room. In the evening, she even delivered preserved egg and lean pork congee along with some snacks. Beyond the service, the hotel's decor is fantastic, and the room environment itself was excellent. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

First choice for business trips! The hotel is located in the city center, the traffic is very convenient, very close to the customer company and the subway station. The desk in the room is large, the network speed is fast and stable, and there is no pressure to meet and process emails. The hotel also has a gym, which is very comfortable to exercise at night. The service is professional and efficient, and it is commendable.

I booked last minute and it's my second stay here. I chose it because of the location, staff, and room. It's conveniently located in front of a bus stop and a 10 min walk to Zhuyeshan metro station. There's a little convenience store on the first floor to get snacks and drinks. There are food and fruit markets in an alley around the corner. There's a pedestrian bridge so I don't have to cross the road. There's bubble tea, Starbucks, luckin coffee and burger king across the street as well. The staff are always busy but always willing to help. I used a translator app mostly to communicate and they were very patient and helpful. The housekeeping staff /aunties are great and will smile if you smile and be friendly first. The morning breakfast is on the heavy side for me but full of variety and delicious. If you're able to, reserve the room with the breakfast included, I found the value was excellent. I especially liked the lady who prepares the noodle soups. I stayed in a larger queen deluxe room this time and thought it was great! I had a better view of the gas station across the street. The regular room was awesome too. I didn't hear street noise but there were times in the evening when I could hear other guest's noise. It didn't bother me, and I suppose it depends on who comes and enjoys the hotel. Another amazing part of the hotel is it offers free laundry and there are dryers. I think they offer a free laundry service too but I didn't mind doing my own. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would come again to stay. Wuhan was an amazing experience and this hotel was part of it. Xièxiè.

I can’t recommend it enough! Even before my arrival, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a seamless experience. I reached out to them via WeChat with a few questions, and their response was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They provided all the information I needed and made me feel welcome even before stepping foot in the hotel. Upon arrival, the warm hospitality continued. The check-in process was smooth, and the hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a modern yet cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I could need, including a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, shopping, and public transport. Overall, my experience at this hotel was outstanding. From the helpful communication before my stay to the incredible service throughout, I truly felt well taken care of. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area. The room was very clean, hygienic, and soundproofed. We checked in on the afternoon of the 19th. The service was very attentive and helpful, and they even gave us a gift. It's also very close to the train station and subway station, making it very convenient for travel. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit *****.

The hotel is in a great location near the CBD, and is in a little gated community of sorts with other hotels. True to its name, the hotel is in an apartment building, with reception on the 30th floor. The reception was very friendly and professional. The rooms have stunning views of the city, skyline and highway roads, perfect for Instagram! The rooms are very big as well, with a sofa, TV and voice activated lights and curtains. The bathroom has a remote controlled toilet, and is large and clean as well. Amenities include a fantastic Western/Chinese style buffet breakfast for extra. The chefs will also make you fresh dumplings/wontons/noodles on request! Also includes laundry with washing machines and dryers. Has a ”gym” which only includes treadmills, a cable machine, dumbbells and benches which is the bare necessities. For the price, it's incredible value. Stayed here twice on one trip

Had a fantastic experience. I booked a Deluxe King Room, which came with a sofa, and was upgraded to a City View King Room. The upgraded room was a bit larger than my original booking. The view from the room was also excellent, offering expansive vistas. The room was spotless, and the decor felt quite modern. The service from the front desk to the support staff was excellent; they always went above and beyond to help resolve any difficulties. Moreover, the metro station is incredibly close, making it super convenient to get to different areas from the hotel. It's a perfect tranquil spot amidst the hustle and bustle, and the service was exceptionally thoughtful!

The room is spacious and the transportation is convenient, opposite the Changgang Road subway station. It's very close to dining, leisure and entertainment. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas, and breakfast also includes hot dry noodles, hot porridge, etc. Very convenient

Good access to HanKou station and metro station. The room was clean and calm. The door has auto key lock. Internet is faster than I expected. If you stay around HanKou station, I recommend.
