We were supposed to stay for 5 days but extended for 6 then 7 days 😁🤭 All of the staff (from the reception to the room service and the pool) were amazing, helpful and very kind. The doorman were so patient with my kid where she wanted to go in and out on the turning door at the entrance 😂. I highly recommend and will always be at that hotel for my next trip in Wuhan ❤️☀️ Oh! And the breakfast is awesome 😍

A lovely stay it was, the front desk was welcoming, polite and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is truly beautiful, the scenery and atmosphere was just amazing. I would like to believe they have the fastest elevator in the city. The room was really elegant, classy and very clean. The bedding was well set with clean soft fabric😍😍😍. The kitchen provided a delicious breakfast, variety of dishes just many options. Am in love with the place. I totally recommend the hotel. The location perfect easy to get to, close to Hankou, Han street and there’s a subway Qingyuzui station for those who may prefer public transport.

Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean, there is no peculiar smell in the room, and there is no dust even when you touch it in the bathtub. The overall sanitary conditions of the hotel are excellent, and everything is clean and tidy. Environment: Near Optics Valley Science and Technology Park, it is very convenient for business trips. The rooms facing the street are not noisy or noisy, and the overall environment is better. Service: The staff service is in place and the room service is timely. Special thanks to Mr. Downey at the front desk for his warm service and active guidance when we checked in. His explanation of check-in and related supporting facilities was very clear.
