設施：因為是剛開業的設施還可以都很新，床很舒服很好睡，而且房間很大隔音，還挺好。 衞生：很乾凈，不錯。 服務：服務有點一言難盡了，剛開業人多忙可以理解，但服務真的一塌糊塗，開車過來因為是臨牌進不去停車場，酒店雖然幫忙聯繫解決了但還是沒進去，車衹能停外邊根本沒法進去充電最後早上才讓進去的… 然後11點作業要的被子等了一個多小時才送來🤦♀️後面已經給發消息了説不用送了已經休息了，12點半的時候還是敲門送來了…早餐種類不多而且補餐太慢了。酒店連補償方案錯失也沒有，之前在山西河南住的亞朵也基本上新開的也沒遇到這些問題，而且反映了也立馬解決的。

I booked a family room and stayed there for 2 days. Let me tell you about my experience. Let me talk about the good things first. The room was clean and there was nothing wrong with it. Good news for people with mysophobia! The service attitude of every staff member of the hotel is very good. I have met the hotel staff many times in the elevator, and each time they will take the initiative to give way to the guests. There are 3 service ladies at the front desk most of the time, and they will ask about your well-being through their corporate WeChat during your stay. The room is very big. I compared it with hotels of similar price, and this one has the largest room. Other hotels of this price are around 30 square meters, but hers is 45 square meters, and the family room is a suite. The hot water is very strong, the shower head is very gentle on the body, and taking a bath is really comfortable. I used the hotel's washing machine and dryer several times during my stay, which was very convenient. I washed all my clothes before checking out. Here are the bad points: I'm a very picky person, I'm a clean freak and I'm sensitive to smells! When I checked in on the first day, the smell of the room furniture was really bad for me. We traveled all the way here, changing cities every 2 days, and there was a lot of time to rush in between, so we were too lazy to change. I reported it to the front desk the next day and they explained it to me seriously. The most uncomfortable thing for me, and the only problem I encountered in all these years, was that when I renewed my room, I clearly stated: I don’t want room service! When I came back that night, the room was completely cleaned for me! I am so angry and amused! What makes me angry is that I feel you have violated my privacy and disregarded my wishes! Fortunately, the cleaning staff really cleaned up the room seriously. We saw a big change as soon as we entered the room. They even folded all the clothes I planned to wash when I came back in the evening. They also dealt with the smell problem in the new room. When I came back in the evening, there was no smell at all, even the smell of the decoration in the corridor on the 5th floor was gone. When I checked out, I reported the situation to the lady at the front desk and found out that the hotel had just opened this month. I lived on the 5th floor, in the first room next to the elevator, 501. The door of the room was next to the elevator and the window of the room was next to the street outside. There was a little noise at night, but not loud! Sometimes when I am sleeping at night, I can hear the sound of water flowing in the bathroom. It should be that there are guests in the upstairs room taking a shower or flushing the toilet. This may be a reference for others. When I checked out, the lady gave me a souvenir and apologized to me again on WeChat!

It is a hotel worth choosing, but the way the hotel asks for good reviews after leaving the hotel is a bit outrageous. They sent me pictures and texts directly for me to comment (the following pictures are taken by myself), but no corresponding value-added services were provided after check-in and check-out.
