入住了好幾天，幫忙辦理退房的短髮前台雨欣小姐姐，服務態度很好，很貼心。酒店有非常好的設計感，可見酒店方的品位很不錯。性價比極高，周圍100米有輕軌站，距離方特也衹有不到200米的距離。館裏還有洗衣機和烘乾機，其次酒店的硬件設施和軟件設施都很好，下次來還會選擇這家的！

隔壁**從晚叫到早，酒店隔音差。早上退房出門，還在叫。無語，離方特很近過個馬路就是。但是衞生不行。被子上有不明污漬，還好帶了一次性四件套換了一下。太累了。懶得找前台了

房間和圖片顏色一樣，衞生也很乾凈整潔，主要是對面就是方特東方神話比較近，停車的話美女前台也很好，我第二天出去玩了一天，晚上去拿車美女姐姐也沒有收我另外的費用，真心比較滿意。

這家酒店太影響我的旅行！衞生和安全狀況觸目驚心，令人作嘔！！！
1. 床上驚魂：入住就發現床單有明顯污漬和疑似血漬！想想算了，出來玩就出去吃飯了。但更恐怖的是，第二天早上醒來，床上竟然有一條活蟲在爬！想到在這種床上睡了一晚，我渾身發麻！
2. 浴室蟲災：洗澡間裏好多小飛蟲！源頭就是骯臟的下水道！連洗澡都不得安寧，環境臟亂程度可見一斑。
3. 清潔敷衍實錘：因為想住的舒服就加訂的另一間房，等吃完飯回來洗漱發現床邊赫然躺着上一任客人穿過的一次性拖鞋！連最基本的“一客一換”都做不到，客房清潔和檢查完全是走過場！
4. 酒店態度敷衍： 第二天反映所有嚴重問題，酒店前台找來了經理，經理説要請示，結果最後的所謂“解決方案”僅僅是一間房房費打八折！面對如此惡劣的衞生安全隱患，毫無歉意和實質性補救措施，衹想用一點折扣打發客人！完全不負責任！
總結一下就是衞生極差！安全堪憂！管理混亂！處理非常沒有誠意！如果你重視基本的衞生、安全和睡眠質量，千萬避雷這家店！我的慘痛經歷就是前車之鑒！花錢買罪受，還嚴重影響旅遊體驗，真是無語至極！

性價比這塊沒得説，但在這住了兩天，首先讓我感覺到就是保潔根本就沒有做到對我要求基本的尊重，本來想想都覺得算了的，回家之後皮膚先發癢又蜕皮，還有就是廁所旁邊的果凍狀黑色物體我已經反應了3，4次還是沒有打掃乾淨，但光是這個我真不至於給差評，回家之後不止我一個人出現了皮膚蜕皮的情況，過了幾天實在是忍不了才給差評的，我希望酒店能給我個合理的解釋

這次的親子主題房挺大，進房間沒有異味，衞生看了一圈可以，被子床單看了乾淨的，有一張1.8的大床1.35的小床，還有上下鋪的滑梯床，小朋友很喜歡。衞生間挺寬敞的，比我住過的很多酒店都要大點的感覺，衞生也可以。洗臉枱在外面，比較方便，一次性用品都齊全。前台服務挺好的，很熱心。
