入住標間，一張床的床單上很多毛髮，很噁心人，另外一張床的被子上也不乾淨。
走廊裏的牆面是發污的，一股黴味混合著煙味，我住的還是15樓貴賓樓層！！！！
前幾年住過還不錯，現在太差了，勸大家不要過來住了，不要被之前好評誤導了！！！！

酒店性價比超高，最小的房間面積都有40平吧，床品也很舒適，還有芝華士單人沙發，酒店前面有個湖邊wd公園，1公里處有購物中心銀湖時代廣場，吃穿用相當齊全，廣場旁邊就是輕軌，十幾分鍾就到市中心，打車也快，非高峯期基本五分鐘就能叫到，非常值得推薦

房間、餐飲都很不錯，唯一欠缺的就是電視機的問題，19年帶小朋友住過一次那時小孩才兩三歲，過了6年電視還是這樣子衹有21個頻道，少兒節目一個沒有，電視屏幕還花屏，還不可以投屏。這個是最最不能接受的。
