去看朋友，因老公跟朋友喝了酒衹能留一晚，打了幾個電話都説有規定不能帶寵物，衹好抱着去碰運氣，路遇如家，剛好負責人在前台，非常感謝他能收留我們，乖乖也很爭氣，為了報答善良的叔叔，不吃不喝，連衞生間都沒去，可憋壞了，感恩…🙏

環境好，乾淨衞生都很好，指示牌有問題如圖，323房間以上指示牌沒有，繞了大半圈才找到，早餐到9點，指示牌立在客房層電梯口，看指示牌的肯定吃早餐可能會錯過時間，説説服務
1、入住後第二天續住漲價了，致電前台，小姑娘不敢做主，電話拿給一位女經理，女經理説不能優惠
2、那我提個解決方案試試，不用打掃，不換房，我定一間價格低的，酒店節省一個清潔費用，不行，好吧，也合理
3、核心問題是這個經驗豐富的女經理一直説聽不懂我訴求，我的訴求就是不想漲價呀，很簡單，我電話裏都聽到旁邊小姑娘都給女經理清晰的重複解釋了，但是，卻仍裝聽不懂，前後我重複了三次，既然你裝聽不懂，那我懂了，那不就十幾塊錢的事嗎，自己正常下單就行
4、以上衹是簡單複述一遍過程，核心其實是前台經理的態度，你酒店定價便宜，就不要瞧不起客人低端，雖然在電話裏，我都能感覺到你不屑的表情，一遍一遍説聽不懂我的訴求有意思嗎？我還得再次重複説一次，你時間不值錢呀？你真的比你不屑一顧的客人高端嗎？
