The room is large, the facilities are very good, the little girl at the front desk is beautiful, the service attitude is also very good, the room service is also very good, it must be praised! But the security attitude at the entrance of the hotel is really bad. On rainy days, the child gets off at the entrance of the hotel a little slower. The security guard is fierce against the child. This is really a bad feeling.

The style and environment remain the same as always, and the hardware facilities of the All Seasons are very stable. However, what I want to complain about this time is the service awareness of the restaurant staff. To be more precise, the personal qualities of this waiter are too inconsistent with the quality that the All Seasons should have. I went to the restaurant for dinner at 9 o'clock in the morning. I happened to see a small round table that was empty. I thought that my family could sit together and eat and chat without disturbing the diners around us, so I said to a male waiter who was cleaning the long dining table nearby: ”Hello, can you help us clean up this small round table?” Unexpectedly, this uncle waiter, who was about 50 years old, spoke very loudly and shouted in a very aggressive tone without turning his head: ”Aren't there seats here? Do you have to sit there?” I was completely stunned, but I said again gently: ”We want to sit here at the small round table, please clean it up.” Unexpectedly, he continued to say angrily: ”I will be there right away. Can't you see I am cleaning the table?” I was in a relaxed and happy mood in the morning, but I didn't expect to encounter such a violent waiter at breakfast time. I stood next to him with a plate in my hand, holding back my anger, and said: ”Why are you speaking so harshly on New Year's Day?” Unexpectedly, after hearing what I said, the waiter actually started to curse. When he went to the kitchen, he continued to curse other waiters in a loud voice and with very ugly words. The sound was so loud that I could hear it while I was dining in the restaurant. In order not to affect my family's mood for the New Year, I remained silent afterwards, but silence does not mean being without principles, and silence does not mean that I have no requirements for the quality of the hotel. I can understand the hard work and difficulties of the waiters working overtime during the Spring Festival, but I have been gentle and polite throughout, without any disrespect or offense. However, what happened at the All Seasons this morning did make me feel uncomfortable during my meal. I hope that my sincere and honest description and feedback can help the hotel improve its future service quality and service concept. The sanitation is not good at all. There are a lot of hair on the ground. The lighting is quite bad (this room type). I like the light. The light of this room type can avoid lightning. Secondly, the location of the hotel is also good, just under the rail transit station, and there are two night markets with snacks next to it. Especially Tao Ge's Fuyang steamed buns are very authentic. However, there are still some shortcomings: there is no full-length mirror in the room; due to the new decoration, there is still a pungent smell in the corridor; and then some service staff are not particularly aware, because when working out in the evening, the personal trainer has already got off work Yes, I was working out by myself, and a service staff came in and questioned me. His attitude was not particularly cordial. I think he could have been more cordial. Overall, the experience is very good and worth it, you can choose!

I chose this hotel for a business trip and it was not wrong. As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt at home. The young lady at the front desk smiled,  gentle and courteous. The room is quite good, clean, bright and new. 

We booked a suite with a 270-degree view, with a river on one side and a city view on the other, which was great. Sunny in the lobby was very friendly when we checked in. She took the initiative to introduce us to the surrounding delicacies, wrote them down in detail on a small piece of paper, and sent us some fruit. The breakfast on the second day was also very rich. I especially want to say that because my second sister Hongdou had red bean paste in Wuhu the day before, I saw it in the hotel this morning, so I was very excited. However, I felt that there were not enough red beans, so I asked the waiter Mavis if I could add some red beans. I thought it was impossible, but the enthusiastic Mavis immediately went to the kitchen to look for it, and found that there were only cold red beans, so she immediately helped us steam them, so that we could enjoy a very satisfying breakfast.
