We were on vacation at Chaka Salt Lake. The altitude was a bit high and I couldn't sleep at night because of the high altitude. The climate was too dry. I hope it can be equipped with a humidifier, which would be better.

A very recommended hotel. The location is very convenient. It is close to the scenic spot. Parking is convenient. The room is spacious and hygienic. The service is attentive and warm. The breakfast is rich and exquisite. It also has salmon sashimi, hand-ground coffee, etc. It is absolutely not available in this hotel in the morning. Mineral water Unlimited supply, and hot milk tea was given to us when we checked out. It is truly the best hotel I have ever stayed in in Qinghai!

I originally had a tolerant attitude towards the quality of the hotel in Chaka, but I was really angry and gave a negative review for the first time. The sanitary conditions of the hotel are indeed very average. After checking in, I found that the bathroom smelled like urine in a public toilet, and there were cigarette butts, hair and some dirt in the shower room that had not been cleaned; one room had an obvious smell of oil smoke (it was later replaced in time) room, which deserves praise). On the night of check-in, I noticed the smell of smoke in the corridor, and later found someone smoking in the elevator room. I went to the front desk at around 11 p.m. to report, and was told by a man that smoking was allowed and that the country’s anti-smoking regulations in public places were not valid for the hotel and the autonomous prefecture where it was located. Later, I found that there were no-smoking notices written on the elevators on each floor, and when I went to the front desk again, I was told The same man told him that the hotel could at most advise, but not prohibit, and expressed dissatisfaction with his words and deeds of inaction (for example, saying that he was using strong words). What is very annoying is that there were two knocks on the room (presumably by the same man) at around 12 o'clock in the morning and 7:18 the next morning. In the morning, he was woken up from his sleep. He was unable to wake up later and affected his long-distance driving. status. It seems that the man tracked us down to the room after checking the surveillance camera (if we didn’t check the surveillance camera, we wouldn’t be able to pinpoint which room we were in), and harassed us on the pretense that there was a smoke alarm in the room and asked if we smoked, which made us question the safety of the hotel. Therefore, we do not recommend everyone to stay in this hotel. I was given a special breakfast when I checked in, and I was given some souvenirs when I left. These are also worthy of praise.

The hotel environment is comfortable, the room is spacious and clean, the breakfast is rich, there are free dried fruits and chicken soup, there are also small gifts when you leave the hotel, and parking is also convenient. Very good.
