"Stayed here for a night to cover Chaka Lake next day. Most people take a hotel in Chaka Village for the same purpose. Nothing special about the hotel. Smooth checkin, facilities are decent for overnight stay at such a remote area of China. Breakfast is mostly Chinese food but they do have bread slices, jam and coffee. Toaster was not working on that day, however, manager was kind enough to get it toasted. For some reason, they provide plastic cups in the rooms rather than a proper coffee or tea cup."

"This hotel offers incredible value for money! It's super easy to find, right off the highway exit – you can't miss it, no navigation needed. Downstairs, there's a supermarket and plenty of restaurants. Both the front and back yards have parking, which is really convenient. The surrounding area is quiet, no disturbing noises. The lobby is spacious and clean, and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite, gentle, and provide excellent service. The room itself is huge, not just big, and has great natural light with a view of the scenic area and the snow-capped mountains, which is absolutely beautiful. The room was spotless, bedding was tidy and comfortable, making it feel very welcoming. Facilities are complete, and the hot water supply is stable and plentiful. "This was the best hotel we stayed at during our Qinghai-Gansu loop trip. The room was incredibly comfortable, and having an oxygen supply was a great bonus. What really stood out were the thoughtful touches: welcome fruit and a farewell souvenir were both pleasant surprises. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all served on the second floor, and the food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options – I was very impressed! They also offer a free shuttle to scenic spots, as well as a complimentary laundry room and dryer, which were incredibly helpful during our journey. The hotel concierge was responsive, enthusiastic, and responsible, helping me resolve many issues and problems. Highly recommend!"
