The hotel is easy to find, with a spacious parking lot, which is convenient for self-driving. The suite was upgraded to a spacious and comfortable one, with an oxygen machine to relieve altitude sickness. The fruit danpi was delicious, and chicken soup was delivered for supper. There was Bobo chicken for breakfast, which I didn't expect Chaka to have 🤪. Overall, it is worth recommending!

Don’t say anything else, a perfect experience 1. Tickets for scenic spots are included, so you don’t have to run around 2. The most perfect starry sky, allowing two children living in the city to finally see the natural scenery they should see 3. It was my first time in Qinghai. The scenery was really nice. The hotel's hygiene and facilities were very good. The bedding was very comfortable. The front desk staff provided very good service and were very professional. It was a very satisfying stay. The hotel is also very close to Chaka Salt Lake and very convenient.

The weather was not very good when we went there, but the hotel was quite welcoming. It was a bit cold with the children, so the hotel provided us with heaters and oxygen concentrators, gave gifts to the children, and upgraded the room type. Recommended [applause]

I stayed here once with a friend last year and I stayed here again on a business trip this time. It was a feast for the eyes as soon as I walked in. The room has been upgraded in many details compared to last year, and it really makes people feel warm and comfortable. The facilities and equipment are also more complete than last year. The floor towels and toilet mats that were not available last year are all available this year. The service is also much more considerate. As soon as you check in, the waiter comes up with purified water and helps you adjust the temperature of the floor heating. Not to mention the hygiene, there is no dirt anywhere you can see, and the tables, chairs and benches are neatly arranged. It seems that the boss is really attentive. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserI was full of expectations but a little disappointed. I booked a family villa with a standard room on the first floor and a big bed on the second floor. There are wild flowers and ****s around the wooden house, but the area is very small and you can't go down. Don't expect too much.
Advantages: The boss is very nice and solves problems in time. It is a 5-minute drive from Chaka Salt Lake and it is very convenient to eat around.
Disadvantages: The room does not include breakfast, the room has a strong smell of wood, and the second floor is very depressing. The quilt in the room is too thick, and it is warm when covered but not cold. The family members all sleep in their clothes. There is a bar next to the house. At one o'clock and three o'clock in the middle of the night, people talk loudly, which scares the baby and wakes him up many times in the middle of the night, crying non-stop. Our family didn't rest well.
August is the peak season here. The room is very expensive and the cost performance is not high. I will not live in such a house again in the future. I will honestly choose a regular hotel accommodation. It is not recommended for families with children.

AAJRThis place is fantastic! It is a superb location if you are visiting Chaka Lake, very close to the Lake tourist centre. The cabins are well maintained and well equipped with projectors and screens, and they all have retractable roof sections so you can star gaze at night from your bed.
The bar is superb! Wonderful views over the grasslands, and with a great selection of drinks.
It is a family run place, and they are very friendly and speak English which was great. They were extremely helpful with many things. We wanted to extend our stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is really nice, with a clean environment and good service. The breakfast variety is the most varied in the Northwest Loop this time, and the price is reasonable. The room has oxygen supply facilities and a humidifier. Although there is no air conditioning, the oil heater was turned on in advance, so it was also very warm. However, we turned off the oil heater and went to bed later and it was not cold. The only thing that bothered me was the customer opposite our room. He checked in at around 10 o'clock in the evening and kept the door open. The children were very loud and no one heard their parents stop them. The adults also opened the door and talked loudly with the people in the other room in the corridor as if no one was around. After I reminded them, they finally closed the door, but they still opened and closed the door from time to time, and talked to each other until nearly 12 o'clock. This is not the hotel's fault. I just hope I don't encounter such unconscious people again.

VVSTHighly recommended to stay here if you come to Chaka Salt Lake. The Boss is very friendly and kind. He fetched us from the bus stop which is not too far, about 10 minutes walk from the bus stop on the main road. The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. The staff are also helpful.
