Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts Hotels in Xi'an

This is one of the nicest stays foe me in Xi'an in recent memory. The hotel was at a great location and staff were extremely helpful. I had a request to print few pictures from my iPhone, the gentle man in the service desk on June 28 went above and beyond to help me download the pictures and reformat them and print out! He even went to office to photo copy another set of the picture for me. I really appreciate the help. The food was great also, and enjoyed it very much. I missed the bar at the 51st floor. I had good time there listening to music and live show many years ago before the COVID-19. Anyway, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Xi'an. A job well done, thanks. Terry Yan

This is one of the best Crowne Plaza hotels I have stayed in over the years, with regard to its excellent accomodation and splendid service and tidiness. Initiative and efficiency of both the security guard and the concierge were instantly displayed right from the moment of our arrival at the side-gate entrance. Likewise, heart-felt professionalism of the front-desk staff certainly made our check-in easy and comfy. Daily breakfast in the restaurant was more than sufficient in terms of variety and quantity, and even in such low-season time we still could find waves of diners kept rushing in. Finally, the executive lounge on the fifth floor is most impressive in all aspects ranging from environment to vibe to food to comfort, and needless to say, to the marvellous lady-staff who served us with state-of-the-art dining and outstanding, caring service. A happy staycation, really.
