They have a laundry room with 5 washers and 1 dryer, shared with their 3 gym equipments. The staff are accommodating. Free cold water by the entrance. Barely any space to put our luggage. Bathroom was decent. Free hanfu experience! and you can return it the next day (with a deposit ofc)"

The location is ideal—within easy walking distance of major local restaurants, shops, and public transit. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning, which offered a great variety of fresh food. Overall, this hotel offers wonderful value and comfort. We would gladly stay here again on our next trip"

The hotel's Chinese garden-style architecture is beautiful, and within a few minutes' walk from the back entrance, you can reach the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Everbright City, which is super convenient for families with kids. The service was thoughtful and attentive. This is a perfect choice for families visiting Xi'an with children. We'll definitely choose it again next time!"

"Great hotel. Nice, modern and clean. The room was good too. Comfy bed with medium firmness. Great shower and toilet with auto wash. Aircon worked very well. The tv was a projector onto a big projector screen but we had no idea how to use it as it was in Chinese. The lights had some variations but none that let us control the lights we actually wanted on. This could be improved. Location was excellent to the Bell Tower area. Metro stop on the doorstep but a bit of a walk to the actual train line. Muslim Quarter a 10 min walk. Breakfast catered for the Chinese palette. My husband loved it.  There was a free laundry room which was very handy and we got all our dirty clothes washed and dried in about an hour. Check out going well when they gave us a bag of sweets which we thought was really lovely until we realised it was effectively a bribe when the staff (very politely) insisted we do a 5 star review there and then. That request ironically was the one thing I did not like at all. Do not ask try to force your customers to review what you want them to. Reviews are personal and should reflect their experience plus it’s rude!"

"My friends and I booked this hotel to see what Xian has to offer, and to see the Terra Cotta Army! Our flight back home was suddenly canceled due to weather, but extending our stay was super easy! Staff here are exceptionally helpful and friendly, and very welcoming to foreigners! Nina was available 24/7 if we needed anything, which I was very grateful for! The bar makes a stout drink if that's what you're after, and the view of nightlife is beautiful from the rooftop bar! The rooms are clean and very luxurious, there's a nearby pedestrian street with plenty of bars and restaurants to try, and the location is basically in the heart of downtown Xian, just inside the south gate! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Xian!"

"The Aman Hotel boasts an excellent location. I booked a king-size and a twin room, and it's within walking distance of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City. The rooms were very clean and equipped with a smart toilet, which was a great experience. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room with a dryer, making it very convenient for washing clothes during a trip. The front desk service was thoughtful and attentive. It's a quiet oasis amidst the bustle, and it was incredibly comfortable to rest there after exploring the attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi'an."
