EZZI HOTEL properties in Xi'an

The room was clean and hygienic, and the breakfast was plentiful, including Shaanxi-style roujiamo (meat sandwich), liangpi (cold skin noodles), and various snacks. There was a laundry service on the eighth floor with dryers available. The room was very clean, and the lady of the house was very welcoming.

Choosing this hotel for our visit to Xi'an's Grand Tang Everbright City was the perfect decision! It's just a few minutes' walk to the scenic area, an absolutely fantastic location. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and a great wet/dry separation. Xiao Fu at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic, proactively offering us sightseeing tips, and we didn't encounter a single bad experience throughout our stay. The value for money is exceptional. This hotel is a hidden gem for our Xi'an trip, and we'll definitely stay here again next time!

The room is spacious, the facilities are perfect, clean and tidy, the service is warm, the transportation is convenient (the high-speed exit is very close), and the overall satisfaction! If you are driving by yourself, use AutoNavi to navigate to the parking lot, miss the entrance of the parking lot, and go around again. I chose this hotel for a family vacation with my child, and overall, it was a fantastic experience with excellent value for money. Parking was very convenient, and the signs were clear. The young lady at check-in was very friendly; her recommendations for local food and directions to the Grand Tang Everbright City were spot on. The commercial street downstairs has plenty of food options, and the barbecue we had at night was delicious. The hotel was clean, the bed was soft, and the room was spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The environment is great, and as a new hotel, all the facilities are modern. It's also super convenient to get to any attraction, whether by metro or taxi. I'm very satisfied, it exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Xi'an!

Originally I chose All Seasons just because of safety and security, but this hotel gave me an unexpected surprise. I was directly upgraded to a suite. In addition to the elegant style of All Seasons as always, it also has a spacious and comfortable environment. If you are particularly concerned about the sound, you can ask the front desk to In the inner room, my room is close to the road. There is a bit of noise when the window is opened, but it does not affect it at all when closing the window. By the way, this restaurant also offers free late-night snacks, including noodles, snacks, fruits and yogurt. The guy at the front desk is very considerate, and the aunt who cleans the room is also smiling and welcoming. I will stay here next time I'm nearby.

The hotel was clean and had no strange odors, which was great. The only downside was that the family room window was quite small, making the room feel a bit stuffy. The view outside was just residential buildings. It was relatively quiet, and the closest subway line was Line 14. The service was also decent.

Stayed here for 7 days with my parents and we were incredibly satisfied. The cleaning staff tidied up daily, keeping the room spotless and tidy. The environment was quiet and comfortable, making our stay very peaceful. The hotel is conveniently located right behind a food street and next to Wanda Plaza, making dining and shopping super easy. The staff were friendly and provided attentive service. Choosing this hotel for our trip was stress-free, and I highly recommend it!

The price is quite reasonable for the area, the hotel's location is excellent - no more than 5 minutes to the metro, there are shopping centers nearby, which is nice, the service is good

This is a great hotel! The location is really convenient, close to the subway station. The room itself is quite spacious, perfect for both relaxing and getting some work done. I noticed there's a bubble tea shop on the ground floor, and there are tons of snack options nearby. I even ordered late-night delivery around 3 or 4 AM and it arrived super fast. Overall, it offers excellent value for money!
