Four Points Hotels in Xi'an

I chose the Four Points by Sheraton Big Wild Goose Pagoda for my trip to Xi'an, and it completely exceeded my expectations. I have to give it a rave review! First, the location is incredible! It's right next to the subway station, making it a ten-minute walk to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Tang Dynasty City, making it incredibly convenient for a stroll back home after enjoying the night view. Second, the hotel's service was truly warm and welcoming. The front desk staff was efficient and welcoming at check-in. Seeing us with our luggage, they proactively greeted us and directed us to the elevator. Since we'd communicated our needs in advance, they thoughtfully arranged a room on a high floor, a relatively quiet area. Every time we entered or exited the hotel, the staff greeted us with a smile—those details are a real plus. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, with a fantastic view! The layout was well-organized, and not at all cramped. The bedding was the standard Sheraton mattress, comfortable. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, hot water flowed quickly, and the toiletries were excellent. The most surprising thing was the view of the city from the window.

The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the Bell Tower commercial district. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter, and the Guangji Street subway station is nearby, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The ambiance is also impeccable. The hanging art installations in the lobby have a distinctly traditional Chinese architectural feel, and the tranquil and elegant atrium garden is perfect for taking photos or relaxing. The room was exceptionally clean; the bedding was spotless and odor-free, ensuring a very restful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including Western dishes and authentic Shaanxi specialties. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors were genuine, making for a very satisfying meal. The service was also excellent; the staff were warm and attentive, especially Jennifer, who responded promptly to any guest requests. I will definitely stay here again.

This is my first time staying at this hotel and the service is very satisfactory. The hotel is clean and tidy, the room is warm and spacious, the hotel is in a prime location, the housekeeping staff is very friendly, the front desk guys and girls are also very enthusiastic, they gave two free breakfasts, and there was a small gift at check-out. I have to give a big thumbs up!
