I was very disappointed after checking in. The service attitude of the day shift staff at the front desk was not good. There was only one day shift boy who was okay. The first thing I did when I checked in was to open the quilt and there were short hairs on it. It was obvious that the bed sheets had not been changed. Then I told the front desk to change a room. The front desk and I went to the second room together. The bed sheets were short hairs again. I was almost tired of tossing me. After waiting for a while, the bed sheets were changed again on the spot. In order to apologize, the hotel sent a fruit plate. "The fruit plate is not edible. It is not fresh and disgusting." This is not the most exciting. At 11 o'clock in the evening, I was ready to go to bed. The bedside lamp was broken and could not be turned off. Then they said to fix the lamp or change a room. It was so funny that I had washed up and there were all my belongings inside. When other people were fixing the lamp, the door could not be half closed and had to be fully opened. I was wearing a bathrobe and blowing cold wind. The overall management of this hotel is not professional and systematic, and the service awareness is insufficient and unprofessional. The hygiene inside is really disappointing. You can go and see how other hotels serve. You are far inferior to the core of ordinary facilities, and far worse than the same ones. Another bad experience was that the front desk reserved the wrong room for me. I said to reserve a room on the sunny side, but I stayed on the shady side for 4 days.
