這家店好評都是刷出來的，粘貼他們家給的好評模板可以延遲退房兩小時，如果晚退房沒給好評按金是不能退回的。房間進入後無法反鎖房門，任何人衹要拿到萬能房卡就可以打開我們的門，地板很臟，店長解釋為不是保潔阿姨的問題，説開了三四年地板有損耗，晚上進入房間後床單上有不明垃圾碎屑，解釋為空調吹下來的灰塵，空調按理來説是要定期修檢清理才對，而且辦理入住後前往房間時房門沒有關閉，完全無法保障我們的人身安全，跟店長協商後處理結果是退40%的錢➕給了我們兩瓶飲料，正規的酒店都是退全款加其他補償措施的，這家店完全沒有相應完好的應對措施。
