The room is big and decent. The breakfast is good, and customer service is great. However, we booked non-smoking room, but the next door people just leave their door open and smoking in the room. The whole floor is filled with smoking smell and in to our room. I info the front desk, and they seem to be powerless to enforce the smoking rule.

We had the family room, it was clean and organized, had a great stay. Friendly and efficient staffs. Accessible location as it was near the metro.
Will definitely stay here again.👍

The front desk has a friendly and helpful service, the room has a smart toilet, and the room attendants clean the room very carefully, which is great! Travel Recommendations

The room facilities are good and easy to use, especially the super-fast water heater, which is safer and more sanitary than the traditional kettle. The front desk is very warm and polite. They greet everyone when they come in and out, and also provide breakfast. When I left the hotel, they asked me if I needed a ride to North Station. The hotel can call a taxi for free, which is really considerate.

The breakfast was rich and very enjoyable. The whole family lives very comfortably here. The place is very clean, the facilities are very new and the price-performance ratio is very high. I will stay here next time I travel

Good service, very clean, great experience! In particular, the disposable kettle is something I have never seen in other hotels. It heats up in three seconds and is clean and hygienic, so you don’t have to worry about the kettle being dirty.
