The stay experience exceeded expectations! The hotel is located on the bank of the Chan River. The environment is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and I like the large windows in the room. The front desk staff is enthusiastic and efficient, the service is thoughtful, and they can solve my needs professionally and quickly. The weather in Xi'an was so hot at the end of July, but the air conditioners in the hotel elevators and the corridors on the same floor were all turned off (it was as hot as a sauna); 1. There was a slight breeze in the hotel lobby, but the overall feeling was still "hot". Other guests in the queue were also complaining about it! 2. The shower curtain in the room was covered in mildew, which made people feel a bit low and inconsistent with its star rating. Such consumables could not be replaced in time. 3. The clearly visible melon seed shells and women's long hair on the carpet in the room were annoying. There is room for improvement in the details of the work! There were items left by the previous guests in the room, which made people wonder whether the room was cleaned carefully! My family and I slept in our clothes all night long...
