性價比超高的民宿房間很大，樓上樓下雙層，客廳的空間也很大，非常方便，去城牆鐘鼓樓也都非常的近，坐地鐵公交20分鐘左右，房間後邊就是大華藝術街區西演，去哪都方便

春節民宿價格確實貴，小區環境好，是新小區，服務態度好，就是還有點問題：1、衞生間淋浴和馬桶設定有點問題，如果能乾濕分離就完美了，不然洗澡時馬桶全部都濕了；2、衞生間洗手枱水龍頭漏水，用水時都從洗手枱旁邊流水；3、有窗的卧室這邊在大堂旁邊，半夜進出的人講話聲音、行李箱的拖拉聲音很吵，影響人睡覺；4、這個窗簾到地面的空出處透出大堂的燈光，瓷磚地面也有反光，太亮了。
