The hotel location is near to west gate of wall city. Walking distance to bell and drum tower. Many food and eateries around the hotel. Was allowed a late check out at 3pm. Staffs are very warm and nice. Breakfast is good. Will stay here again if I come to Xi’an again.

The location was good. For non chinese i have attached the metro station name picture, but i forgot another metro station name. Both metro stations are very close to the hotel.
The hotel stuffs has 0 English communication skills. They will make you frustrated.
We checked in, we communicated with the receptionist girl 3 times (like 10 mins each time),After freshen up we again talked with her about where are going to roaming and the result with all communication is when we came back to the hotel and we smiled to the girl and she said to us " Do you have any reservation? "

來西安旅遊的，住了兩晚，房間很滿意，位置也挺好，在安定門附近，酒店離地鐵口很近，百米左右，酒店服務也比較好，性價比也高，入住期間出現一點不受控的小小問題，酒店解決的很迅速，解決問題能力讓我很滿意，還送了小點心，很好看
