I enjoyed my stay at this hotel till I decided to to stay one more night. I booked on trip as always. Then at the front desk, the staff told me that I needed to pay again. Came to find out that trip.com was holding my payment instead of paying the hotel. So I paid again. I am still waiting for my refund from trip.com. What a mess!

The hotel is definitely 5 stars, breakfast was excelent , rooms are super clean , located across the street from a high end outlet. Taxi to terracotta warriors site 30 minutes or less and only 30 rmb

Got a free upgrade to a bigger room. The concierge lady 小亢 has given great services during our stay. They had even given us free fruit (laichi) which tasted very well!

The room is extremely clean. I really appreciate the service of the front desk staff, who are polite, friendly and helpful.
The hotel is close to the metro station and outlet mall, which is a huge plus.

I am an American living in China, which can be challenging when you don't speak the native language. The people at this hotel were AMAZING. There were several English speakers, and they did a superb job making us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the views were breathtaking, and the amenities are great! I recommend staying here! The staff was first-rate!!!

The hotel is well managed, the service staff is enthusiastic and attentive, the receptionist is polite and the service is thoughtful. The swimming pool is clean and the restaurant food is delicious. The hot spring and accommodation are very good!

The service was very good. We stayed with our dog and it was very comfortable. Two breakfasts were also delivered in the morning. Recommended for parents with furry children
