Lovely to stay here so much, we spent first 2 nights here and left luggage for a night to Luoyang then came back again for 2 nights.
Staff is so helpful, Zhang Yaling, Travel Manager of Elegant Hotel. She helped everything you need.
Xi’an is huge city, so walking 300-800m. is usual. Hotel location is the best, close to everything and walkable to bell tower and drum tower.

Very nice hotel. The breakfast and afternoon tea offered by the restaurant is great. The view from the restaurant is breath-taking, especially at night.

In general, the check-in experience was very pleasant, and both the amenities and the service quality exceeded my expectations. The front desk, Nini, is friendly and warm-hearted. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xi’an. Highly recommended to other travellers!

The hotel was lovely and the location was great. We might suggest that on your site you mention a different name as it is not really in the bell tower xi’an yonginman … in fact we never saw that name, tho the address is correct. It’s a few blocks from the bell tower circle and there are several more hotels of the belt tower . There is nowhere on the hotel that says Xi’an Belltower, yongiman, elegant hotel. on the door is Mehood elegant hotel (see picture)- but this is a barely noticeable sign and the entry is really tricky. there is an elevator that says lobby elevator 1 … but in fact you need to press 5 and get up to the 5th floor to find the lobby! and the elevator floor signs (1-5) do not indicate this … Our suggestion is to put a much larger sign on the hotel and to better indicate that hotel lobby is on the fifth floor! the pix below is a small sign on a small door with only name we saw. there are many other doors in the area.

Such a great place to stay in Xi’an. Not only the location is great but the service and kindness of the staff is amazing. It could be sometimes difficult to communicate in English but we managed. Xiao Hu at front desk made her outmost to make our stay, memorable. We will come back and also recommend this hotel to others. 谢谢

Hotel is located right next to the city wall and YongningMen, walking distance to local cuisines , pubs and shopping centre. The room is spacious and clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable for exploring tourists.
The view from the 5th floor balcony is absolutely stunning. my son enjoyed the stay and he wants to come back next time ❤️❤️🥰

Thanks for the clean rooms, delicious breakfasts. The view from the window is wonderful. In the evening, we managed to taste delicious noodles while admiring the evening city. Special thanks LIUXIAOMEI for the help with the extension of the ordered rooms. The staff does not speak English, but using a smartphone will help solve any problems and questions. They also helped me top up alipay, which helped me a lot due to the unexpected cancellation of my flight.

Hotel was in a really fantastic location, close to all the major landmarks in the city proper (with the Big Wild Goose Pagoda probably about 10 mins by taxi and the majority of the other main historic buildings within walking distance), and the breakfast, room and staff were all great - would certainly recommend.
