The location is very good, close to Shaanxi History Museum, Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the City That Never Sleeps. It is very convenient to rent an electric car for shopping. Although it is in an alley, it is only a few steps to the commercial street, which is very convenient and not noisy. The service staff was also very nice. 天價停車費，避雷！！
1️⃣高額停車費，住一晚108元（上不封頂）的停車費用。入住時，前台沒有告知，停車場情況。詢問是否有無停車券或優惠券，前台表示沒有。更戲劇性的一幕來了，我們晚上回來，另一前台，為了安撫我們，給我們一張優惠券（之前怎麼問都説沒有），贈送一份水果。第二天退房，領取停車優惠券，等了15分鐘，最後停車費用付款了86元。
2️⃣前台服務態度極差，態度敷衍。解決問題非常難，且速度慢。衹會説稍等一下，沒有，不行，而不是去解決問題。入住超過半小時後打電話過來，問我們房間情況如何。我們一晚上沒睡，剛睡着被吵醒。💢💢💢我們入住酒店肯定是想好好休息的，如果説剛入住打電話過來沒問題，但是我們都洗了個澡，玩了挺久的手機才睡着。
3️⃣衞生狀況一般，電梯裏面全部都是陳年老灰，不懂有沒有消毒。床單不是很乾凈，有小毛毛。
4️⃣電梯非常非常的慢，衹有兩台，一台不能到達停車場，所以等待另外一台就非常的慢。
5️⃣工作日500一晚的酒店，我覺得這個價格已經算高的。2025年才開業的酒店，最後就這樣，錢這麼好撿是嗎？真的是血淚教訓！！！

家庭房床的大小舒適，每天回到房間都被收拾得乾乾淨淨，服務熱情禮貌，需求都能很快得到迴應。還有機器人服務以及房間智能設定都很方便。
床腳邊感應燈的設計的確是挺貼心，但半夜翻身就會亮起稍許影響睡眠了，希望可以根據聲音大小或者通過輕敲床邊再亮燈以達到貼心不打擾的效果。總體來説全季酒店的綜合還是優秀的，以後出門旅行還會優先選擇這個品牌。
