This hotel really impressed me, deserves more than 5 stars , hygiene, decoration, the smell, room size, and the nice staff! Everything was perfect, i recommend this hotel so high. Never regret it.

Not satisfied. The hotel has no logo and the location is hard to find. I called the customer service but they couldn't tell me the exact location. After I contacted the front desk over the phone to extend my stay, no one cleaned the room. The air conditioner was broken. It was turned on at 31 degrees for a whole night and it couldn't blow out hot air. There was a very strong smell of formaldehyde in the room.

一言難盡，原本一次性要住八個晚上，住到第三天下午忽然就請我外籍先生打包離開，給的理由是他簽證要到期了不給住，奇妙的是他簽證明明還有14天才到期，而且如果不能住應該第一天就不能住，前台溝通算是高情商的那種，很會安撫人，但是上級莫名其妙理由給的不清不楚唬弄客人也完全沒有親自道歉，派一個前台來跟我們溝通而且當天就得走，總之入住體驗除了與前台的互動比較好以外其他的不是特別好，尤其浴室水溫不定水壓又低，客官們各自斟酌吧
