Room was very nice and modern. Cleaned everyday with fresh towels provided. Laundry room available for use - but no dryer. We were happy to hang out clothes.
Location was within walking distance to bell tower and drum tower, but not close to any metro station. Used Didi most days as a result.
Only downside was the air conditioning did not work, therefore we slept with the window open each night. View from room attached.
Building seems to be under renovation, but it did not bother us. We did not hear any loud noise.

I stayed here a total of 4 nights: I booked forst 3 days, but then for a delay I added one more night. Overall, it was a nice place: the room was clean, the location was convenient (I could go to the center of the town in 10 minutes) and the amenities were good. However, I found that the towel was a little bit small and the absence of an elevators made difficult to move with the luggage. It was also a little bit hard to find the entrance, but the kindness of the staff helped me a lot. In general, I would recommend this hotel if you are staying a few days in Xi'An and you need to quickly see the walls, the bell drum and the Muslim quarters because of its price and position. Overall, I had a good experience and I slept well, so I think it deserve the maximum.

The room was not clean at arrival. The floor was dusty, the shower clogged and full of hair, and both bed sheets and towels had big rips.
After informing reception, they made sure to address the issues, but some towels in the next days were still ripped.
The biggest problem was that our window was broken and for winter a lot of cold air was coming in. This made the room extremely cold.
For the rest, the location is excellent, internet worked fine and the rooms were quiet.

Clean and comfy. Location 👍👍👍 locker is very big. Friendly receptionists. The problem is they dont have elevator, so you have to walk up the stairs with your all your stuff. Over all is good👍👍👍

Great location 10mins walk from the famous Bell Tower. The metro station here is direct to Xi’an North Railway Station. Reception is 24hrs - very useful as I checked in late (11pm) and left earlier (4am). Staff were helpful and nice and the rooms were spacious and clean. Would stay here again

Overall a very nice hotel with a big, light, modern room and a great location in the city!
Our room was a little dirty (mainly the floor), and it was a little weird to live in a place they were clearly not done building. The common rooms and hallways were a mess with building materials and workers everywhere.

I stayed in all female sharing room for 4. I have less expectation after my Beijing trip but to my surprise this hostel turned out nice. Bed is comfy. Toilet is a but small but cleanliness is good considering it is shared. There’s just broken floor of the bathroom in our room. I love the mirror with power button to turn the lights on. They even have laundry room in 3rd floor. Hot water in the lobby. Location is somewhat okay to metro, drum tower and muslim quarter. Easy checkin and out.

Insane price at insane quality. And who have seen a cable gym machine in their own room? Lovely.
That said, again, smoking is a huge issue with hotels in china. It’s perfectly clean when checking in, but once air conditioning is on, the cigarette smoke seeps in out of nowhere. It must have been accumulated with the centralized air conditioning? Have no idea.
But the rest of the things were really superb.
