Nice hotel, very well located next to the drum tower and the muslim quarter in Xi'an. The breakfast was varied (mostly asian) with good coffee and the room was a bit small but comfortable and clean.

I absolutely loved this place. Great location and the friendliest hotel staff i have ever come across. So so helpful. And the breakfast was excellent. I would go back to Xi'an just so i could stay here again. A real gem. Fantastic hotel experience

The transportation is very convenient, with direct access to many subway and bus lines. I must give a good review. The service staff are very good, proactive and enthusiastic, and they also help solve small problems. The location of the hotel is very suitable for young people. There are many Japanese coffee shops and nightclubs near Fenxiang. It is not very close to the Bell Tower subway station on Line 2, but it is closer to Line 6. However, Line 2 seems to be more convenient for the living circle of Xi'an locals. I personally feel that the transportation is not very convenient. I checked the hygiene of the hotel on the first night. It is a bit hard to describe. The receptionist at night did not ask when checking in, and directly gave me a room facing the street. It was quiet at 12 o'clock in the evening. The second thing is the linen and hygiene of the room. I don't want to say more and just left after the business.
