Ir was okay but disappointing for the Four Seasons standard.

The staff don't speak English, the guy standing receiving guests is very kind and polite, not like the receptionists. Cleanliness of the room was fine, except for the carpets that were very dirty and stained. The Internet worked well. The gym was good enough. It doesn't have a spa nor a sauna.
