The staff is really nice!!
We stayed one night but honestly I wouldn’t have spent much more, the room was very small and not super clean, and the breakfast was almost non existent.

Because I want to see the Terracotta Warriors and Horses today, I stayed one more night. The price is a bit expensive, but I upgraded to a family room and it was much more comfortable. I have a lot of luggage with a child. The waiter was very helpful and helped me a lot. I wish my business will prosper.

I took my kids to the Terracotta Warriors on the weekend. The hotel I booked was not far from the subway entrance. The hotel was good in all aspects and very cost-effective! The hygiene was indeed good. The kids found the toilet very bright and clean. The service staff was warm and polite. They helped me get hot water at the front desk. The service was thoughtful. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance!

When we arrived we were given a room that had no hot water, but they quickly gave us another much better room. The reception service was exceptional, everyone was very kind, friendly and helped us with everything.
Such as booking a show and accompanying us to the entrance, making reservations for the museum and ordering food for us.
We felt very welcome.
We are very grateful for their warm welcome, if we return to Xi'an, we will stay at this hotel again.
