Good location and room. But it is not on the main street so it's kinda hard to find. They give you a gift at checkout. There is a gym, Go board, and a free to use washing machine. Breakfast is limited

Location near to bell tower but need to walk to main road if you take didi, and the reception will not help on this. Clean room but smelly due to humid, cleaner are super helpful but the attitude of these reception (except the young lady in evening shift) are all are “Manxin”, not up to the standard. Overall ok, but you could get better service if you choose other hotels. Also, no gift and room upgrade as shown in reservation, like fake advertising.

Nice stay overall. Free washing machine and dryer use. Free beverages in the fridge everyday. Will consider staying here again if we come to Xi'an again.

I recently stayed at the Manxin Hotel in Xi’an, and it was a great experience. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the city’s main sites. The bed was comfortable.
The staff were kind and always ready to assist with any request notwithstanding the language barrier.

Room is clean . Workers are friendly . They were so sweet and give my kids snacks and treats while we were checking out, kids are so happy . Highly recommended.

It was a pleasant stay during our last stop in china, the location centralised and room was very comfy. The bedsheets are very clean, we fell asleep shortly after a long day exploring city. Highly recommended!
