The Joyful loft is the best! Very large room for a family of 5, (3 teenage kids). I was impressed when they called me to check why we haven’t checked in at the hotel yet, that was because of our flight change. When we needed more water bottles, I thought I needed to pay, but they gave us extra water. We were sick that day that we didn’t even had strength to go get water. But they delivered it to us. The room design and ambience is exactly what the photos showed. We are so happy of this hotel. Excellent in so many ways. Thank you. Staff are all so warm and hospitable and quick to respond to our needs. Location is perfect. Just a few steps from the Bell Tower and lots of restaurants, malls and night market nearby. Very convenient indeed!

Winter drink courtesy (white fungus porridge) is very close to the bell tower, the location is very good, there is breakfast but I didn't have time to eat, no comment, the room is quite big, the laundry room has only one washing machine and it is very simple. Xi'an is full of people
