1.廁所換氣扇壞着
2.床頭氛圍燈也沒有；晚上關燈還要去門口關
3.旁邊施工，半夜噪音太大，窗子也沒有隔音效果

交通便利，房屋雖然小，但是設施齊全，服務態度很好，周邊吃喝方便，不想打車的話離地鐵口很久，出行方便。

旁邊市圖書館在施工，晚上也施工，有點吵。前台和樓層阿姨服務都非常好，很推薦入住，地方好找，離地鐵口也近
