這是我在西安遇到的最難找到的酒店和吃到最難吃的酸菜魚，我們下午六點多吧到了酒店附近，遠遠看到酒店樓頂上維也納酒店的霓虹燈就是到不了跟前，圍着酒店的街道轉了四圈問了保安、路人都説不知道，轉到了八點多急得汗都下來了，實在沒辦法了給前台服務員打電話還加了微信，發了位置，説是要導航到維也納酒店的地下車庫。好不容易進了地下車庫停好車，結果呢還是懵，要想再找到車那就要看運氣。辦好入住九點多在樓下小吃街點了個酸菜魚，我是見識淺點從沒吃過這麼難吃的酸菜魚，還美其名曰幹鍋酸菜魚，西安真讓我長見識！

這次入住很滿意，前台服務很熱情，很專業，酒店位置很熱鬧，在萬象城的步行街裏，開車可以報銷停車費，很推薦下次還來。

這去之前打電話想問一下停車位的，結果電話打了始終無人接聽。按照導航位置根本就沒法導航過去，原來這個酒店在大廈裏面。大概繞了半小時以後終於找到了。維也納我19年住的時候還好。不知道是歲月的洗禮還是什麼情況。空調沒有説是有地暖，反正有點冷。環境已經跟如家一樣了

服務人員態度不好，不好變通，房間設施老舊，衞生還可以，酒店臨近地鐵，方便，樓下就是商場，購物吃飯都很方便，周邊環境不錯
