Location is good, near Bell Tower where find the hotel easily. Service is very well. By the way, my room has not the window and cannot adjust the air-condition. It's hot and make me feel uncomfortable.

This hotel is as good as it gets. Large, clean rooms with all the amenities. Staff are numerous and all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

The starway hotel is in the best location possible in Xi’an, directly above the street with all the great food street vendors, where it is impossible to resists the aromas. Right by the Bell Tower, it is super close to the subway and can connect you to all the cool places to visit in Xi’an.
The hotel staff was super friendly and I felt very well taken care of. They helped me organise the tour to the terrace cotta army site and last but not least the breakfast buffet, super Chinese, was very good.
The room was spacious with 2 beds and a large shower.
If you are going to Xi’an, definitely the place to go.
Oh and also worth noting, even though the hotel
Is right above the action (I was there at the weekend), closing the window suppressed all noise from the street!

Out of metro walk straight turn right. It would be better if the hotel can just put directions in their website.
Very convenient. Downstairs is night market. Near the tunnels to go everywhere.
Most tourist attractions area is within walking distance.
Breakfast is also good for the price.
Reception will use a translator app for communication.

The location is perfect. Near metro, bus station, and pedestrian street which is a lot of shops there. The room also quite. The breakfast also good quality. Staff also helpfull. There are public washing machines that guest can use.

Very conveniently located. Very good view of bell tower from shopping center beside. Staffs very very helpful. Breakfast is a good spread of local & western. Metro nearby. Many restaurants and eatery downstairs. Free gift from hotel during checkout!

The hotel is near Bell tower and Metro that is so convenient to travel. There is the street food market in front of the hotel. The room is clean and nice with local breakfast. Recommend!
