Hotel Review:
We had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel, thanks to the accommodating staff and their excellent service. Upon arrival to our room we welcomed with a lovely vegetable and fruit plate. The Chinese buffet breakfast was a delightful surprise.
However, there were a few areas for improvement. Our room was in need of minor repairs, and the lack of a dedicated workspace was inconvenient.
Additionally, we were disappointed that the staff member escorting us to our room entered with her shoes on, which wasn't in line with our expectations.
Lastly, despite requesting a non-smoking room, we noticed a lingering smell of smoke.
Overall, the service was great, and these issues were the only drawbacks.

This hotel has a great feeling of staying in. The decoration is very tasteful and it also provides free late night snacks. There are many breakfast styles, combining Chinese and Western styles, and it can be delivered to the room. The store also provides free laundry service. The best accommodation experience in recent years.
I returned home from school during the winter vacation and needed to stay in Xi'an for a day. I saw a hotel with a high score of 4.9 and was a little curious.
The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and check-in was efficient, which made me feel instantly happy after a long journey.
The room was clean and tidy, with reasonable layout and comfortable bedding, which gave me a good night's sleep. The bathroom is also spotlessly clean, the toiletries are of good quality, there is plenty of hot water and stable water pressure.
The hotel's breakfast is rich and varied, ranging from traditional Chinese breakfast to Western-style bread and coffee, which can meet the taste needs of different people.
The staff all wore uniforms, and the enthusiasm for the service was exaggerated. It felt better than the business class ride I took yesterday. The greetings and services again and again paid tribute to every worker who treated the guests with care.

This is my first time to stay at H Hotel in Xi'an. The experience is beyond expectations. The room is very good, but the most important thing is that the service is very considerate.
