Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively old, and the sound insulation is not very good. You can hear the conversation next door. The bathroom floor is white, the shower interface is a little leaky, and there are many old black marks on the shower. Hygiene: There are many water stains on the washbasin table. The bed is fine, and we bring our own disposable items. The bath towels and towels were not used and were not opened. Soap is not provided, and you need to ask the front desk for washing socks and underwear, which is not particularly convenient. Environment: The environment is OK, the hotel facade is easy to find, and the inside is not too big, but it is OK. Service: The service is very satisfactory. Overall, it is the worst experience I have ever had in Atour. After entering the store, I first felt that I was not enthusiastic enough. After checking in, I said the most unsatisfactory point. I went out for a day of running during the day, and my feet hurt badly when I came back. At night, I called the front desk to ask if there was a washbasin or a foot bath bucket. I wanted to soak my feet, but the front desk said no, and I felt that the attitude was very bad. The next day I found out that there was one on the Internet, so I bought the hotel's foot bath bucket and sent it upstairs after urging twice. When I called the night before to ask, I said directly that there was no foot bath bucket, and I didn't tell me that there was a foot bath bucket and I needed to pay for it. It's not like they don't want to buy it. They just ask if they want to use it. Can't they just tell them that they need to pay? The man who answered the phone that night was very unfriendly! Disposable slippers get wet when taking a shower. When I asked for slippers, the man told me to step on the floor and rub my feet on the floor towel. I asked if it was hygienic to walk barefoot on the floor? There are no bacteria, so won't it spread athlete's foot? In short: the overall service is terrible. It's not as comfortable as staying in a fast hotel! If there are other options, don't choose this hotel. The check-in experience is very bad. I regret choosing this hotel.

Check-in was fast, the lobby was bright, the pillows were comfortable, the electronic invoice was convenient, the bathroom was large, there was a laundry room, the front desk service was very good, this is a must-see store for business trips, great!

I have stayed at Atour for so many times, but this is the first time I have come across such shabby facilities! I thought the washbasin on the basin was antique, but after a closer look, it was not antique, but really old, broken and dirty! The edge of the towel on the floor was torn, the scale on the bathroom floor was white, and the door zipper was broken! Oh!
