Workers are very friendly from counters front line staff, kind and helpful as my wife was injured in Yan'an.
Room 927 both cleaning aunties are friendly and really helpful. One of them forget her name, the other is Xu Jun Lian, always willing to provide help when needed.
Hope the hotel can install a washer and dryer, then i give 100%, now is 99% . Thanks.
Sure will come back stay here if i come Xi'an, best hotel I have ever stayed.

The hotel room was very clean, and I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. However, the soundproofing was a bit weak, and I could hear voices from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

The location is right at the heart of Xi’an. Easy to get to different destinations while being very accessible to a variety of transportation options. Breakfast is great, just lacks a bit of variety. Everyday has the same food options. But service and cleanliness is commendable. Overall, had a great stay here🤍

Hotel was good overall. Fantastic selection for breakfast. The only thing was the pillow was too soft. Everything else was very good!

The room is big and the bed is big too. But the room is too dark. A lot of small food stall around the hotel,
It’s cheap and delicious, I really enjoy it.
500 meter to morning market, the fruits are cheap and fresh. 400 meter to metro station, for me consider quite far.

My family of 4 stayed 2 nights. Everything is great, except for the room key. We got 2 keys on checkin. One was used for room power, and this left only one key available for 4 of us, which could act differently and need individual keys. I asked the front desk, and a male receptionist told me that if I lost a key, I had to pay 30 rmb. I asked if it was a hotel rule but didn't get answered directly. I could be wrong, but I suspect that he was not reluctant to give me more. Eventually, he made a more for me, and I followed the "his rule" returned all the keys.
