Good hotel. Stay was as expected an everything went smoothly.
Cleaning of the bathroom needs a bit more of attention and the breakfast could have nore variety of food.
In general I would recommend this hotel and stay again.

We had high hopes when we booked online and thought it was a good deal seeing the image online, however as the adage goes 'seeing is believing' the hotel is not exactly what we expected. Things seemed an afterthought rather that planned when you take a closer look. English is certainly not there forte. We were offered transportation which later found out that we were overcharged by their norm (80 Yuan). Breakfast, nothing to shout about. All in all, would we come back......I don't think so, thank goodness it was a short stay!

Pleasant stay at the Jinmao. The staff and amenities are great. Location is perfect for the Muslim Quarter too. We used the gym and laundry. Rooms were a good size but you need to request nin-smoking if you don't like smoke.

a hidden gem in Xi’an!!!..reasonable price with a room that looks like a 5 star. But the best part is stores and night market is just a few steps from the front door of the hotel. Buffet breakfast is good Western and Asian and they have porridge and free snacks with drinks in the evening. Excellent location and service. They allowed to sore our luggages even after checking out in the morning to go on our tour. Thank you Jinmao Hotel

Location is the best , just 200 m opposite the Drum Tower. Also, the traveller who carry heavy luggage should leave at the Guangjijie station (exit C), metro line 6 that is more convenience with escalators
