酒店人員，很細緻，會很耐心給我們解答，位置就在大唐芙蓉園旁邊，走路去大唐不夜城也很近，還有就是前台服務人員24小時在線，有任何問題隨時找她們，還有就是我們出門忘帶了手機充電器，前台免費送了一個，真好，非常感謝她們，停車也很方便

很難想象在線現在這個天氣下酒店沒有空調 室温30度 熱的晚上根本睡不着 本來定了兩天 也是住一天就趕緊跑了 真是後悔沒有多看看評論相信評論 還有門也是壞的嗷嗷響 衞生也是臟亂差 地毯上全是污漬 衞生間也是不乾淨……想住這酒店的親多看看評論相信差評區吧 真不是開玩笑也不是惡意差評……地毯和門的照片沒拍 逃離太快忘記拍了……真是可怕的一晚……

今天離開芙蓉坊酒店那一刻好留戀，住芙蓉坊酒店太舒心了，床品乾淨服務佳，贈送礦泉水，位置優越地鐵零距離，早餐食美味道鮮，如果有下次還選芙蓉坊，保潔阿姨，前台服務員太貼心了

來西安旅遊，找了一家離不夜城非常近的酒店入住
位置&環境：位置真的很妙，地鐵口出來就是，晚歸也不會擔心安全問題。環境不錯，就在西安飯莊邊上，裝修比較大氣。周邊美食挺多的。
客房：房間很大，明亮、温暖、乾淨、有陽光～配套設施很nice，投屏也很方便
服務：前台服務非常好，有求必應，前台苗苗服務很認真，效率很高頭腦靈活。

酒店就在大唐芙蓉園西門的馬路對面，不臨街，晚上睡覺很安靜，房間不太大但衞生乾淨整潔，前台服務很熱情，給我免費升級了房間，早餐30元物有所值很不錯了。

這家是我16年第一次來西安時住的酒店。這次過來玩想着再體驗一下，還是很好的，房間環境整潔，酒店周邊很安靜。反正我不是那種吹毛求疵的人，這幾天住得挺舒服的。同樣的價格去年在北京住大柵欄那邊，房間也就這個一半大。

床品乾淨，設施齊全且功能良好，酒店位置也很好，旁邊就是地鐵站，對面就是芙蓉園，不夜城和大雁塔走路十分鐘就到，服務周到細緻有耐心，合理要求都能滿足。下次來還住這裏
