Poor hygiene, hotel environment and facilities feel like going back to the 1980s, the phone is broken, it is very cold indoors, the air conditioner is broken, it is the first time I heard that drinking a second bottle of water is charged, parking is not free, it is simply the worst and cannot be worse.
