房間設施較老，牆面不乾淨，床單被罩上有污漬，換房以後床單上依舊可見油污，衞生間燈壞掉，排氣扇異響。

出差預訂的，酒店位置不錯，設施新，衞生條件不錯，洗漱用品齊全，質量也挺好，就是房間沒有窗户，但是也沒有異味，整體感覺不錯

房間一般。最起碼的連個拖鞋都沒有，洗澡都。沒辦法，穿了一次性的太滑。到前台要一次性刮鬍刀。態度惡劣，既然不給 説沒有。最起碼的東西都沒有 態度不好必須給差評。

西安高鐵北站到酒店打車報銷:給叫車，酒店下邊就是小夜市，有很多吃的東西

4月16號入住艾菲酒店，17號晚上洗完澡從洗手間出來，玻璃門突然炸裂，一塊玻璃扎進我的右腿。瞬間鮮血湧出，全身有幾十處，大大小小的針眼大的玻璃砸傷的孔，萬幸中死裡逃生，我想回家休養，協商賠償，酒店要求我住在酒店，養好傷就完事。我受傷就活該衹是打工人，商家説答應讓我住他們那治好了事，我是不是要對酒店感恩戴德，不用上班有免費的酒店住，還説他們有吃的有喝的，留下的不僅僅是身上的疤，還有心裏的恐懼，將來我再住酒店碰到玻璃門，我有心理陰影了，我想問一下朋友們，我該怎麼辦。
