可以説是近期入住體驗最好的一次，
1，實物與圖相符看得出這個是真實寫照
2，位置清晰好找，而且是中間樓層也很安靜
3，室內乾淨舒適，床和床品要特別提一下，非常舒服
4，有比較豐富的娛樂休閑項目，而且也有浴缸，這點也很好
5，位置就在西安古城牆旁邊過了馬路就可以遊覽還有那個永興坊距離小區大概200米左右，出行很便利
最後房東人很好，回覆及時有不懂的也解釋的很清楚，而且給我們了很多旅行建議很好，還可以帶我們購票訂團，輕鬆了很多，很專業，值得推薦！

我沒拍照，實際跟圖片一模一樣，我説一下我真實感受，我給老鄉訂的房間，一進門就有香氛味，特別好聞，很乾凈，廁所也沒有反味，而且有塑料拖鞋這一點很好，上一家沒有，去廁所差點摔倒很多次，這家風格也很好，走幾步路就到永興坊，雖然是舊小區裏面的，但是裝修還挺好。走心評價，我們住了2晚，朋友們讚不絕口，絕對的5星好評。性價比賊高。房東也很有禮貌。

真的是一次不錯的體驗，本人就是喜歡民宿，有親切感！這裏乾淨衞生家裡有的，他基本都有了，特別有氛圍感，而且離景點也非常近！走幾分鐘就是永興坊，還看到城牆

房間明亮寬敞，打掃得很乾凈非常棒，一進來我們都很喜歡，兩個卧室都是大床，床很舒服，房屋暖暖的，房東服務很好，有問題諮詢都是非常及時的回覆，很貼心，房間功能齊全，可以洗衣服晾衣服，做飯炒菜都可以，太棒啦，以後再來還會選擇老闆家，祝生意興隆！

個人原因，來西安遊玩，一個人，想體驗下西安民宿，找了好久，找到了這個民宿，打開房間門，心情大好，完全超出了預期，和我看到的房間圖片一模一樣，東西很新，關鍵是對於我這種有潔癖的人來説，都挑不出毛病，床上很乾凈，一看就是一客一換，有洗衣液清新的味道，就因為這個民宿，我把遊玩時間，延長了2天，出來玩，最重要的是，睡的舒服，第二天才有精力去遊玩，房東人特別好，有大西北漢子的豪爽，不愧是術業有專攻，對於遊玩攻略，知道的很清楚，讓外來的我，避了很多坑，美食推薦更是槓槓的，好吃不貴。因為住了幾天，房子有些小問題，我給房東反應，馬上快速上門處理，其實不影響，沒想到房東責任心這麼強，後來想想，房東民宿好評如潮，不是沒有原因，總之特別滿意，如果我下次有時間還來西安，我肯定會再次入住這家民宿，其它民宿，我是不會看的，耽擱時間，也不一定住的舒心，我也會推薦我的朋友，來入住，因為值得，民宿位置很好，離遊玩地方很近，偷偷告訴你，房東會給你推薦本地人知道的路線，不走冤枉路，好的的不一定再回民街，那真是針對遊客的地方，要想吃好，還得問房東，他會根據你的需求，給你推薦適合的飯館，或許衹是蒼蠅館子，那才是吃飯的地方，有煙火氣，好吃不貴，關鍵能吃到西安正宗的美食，不枉此行，加油，房東，加油，西安，下次見，

位置出入方便，馬路對面就是永興坊好多美食，去鐘鼓樓回民街也很近，打車和地鐵都方便，房東人也很好回覆及時，會推薦給朋友

房間寬敞格局很好，衞生很乾凈，房東服務也很好溝通和善及時，提一下床品很舒服，不亞於大酒店的感覺，古城牆景點可以步行幾分鐘過去，很近，鐘樓回民街小吃也不遠，值得推薦
