Location was great. Entrance not easy to spot but after found the hotel gives you rest from the busy street life with all the available street food.
Also accessibility is good as it is neer metro line 2.

The location could not be better - right in the heart of the city, walking distance to many attractions, especially those you want to visit at night, and nearby a key metro station. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a well designed set up -- for this we had no complaints. Staff ignored my messages to the service WeChat though, then asked for a good review 🤣 Also noise from the street and other rooms was noticeable, but not too much of a problem. Bathroom on the first floor was very dirty, but the rest of the facilities were fine. We didn't have the breakfast. For us, the location was just so convenient, so for more budget conscious travellers like us, this hotel definitely served it's purpose. Recommend.

Friendly staff. Actually nice breakfast ! Little patio is convenient too. Very comfy bed. Our room had basically no window but for such a location and a short trip it's not an issue.

The front desk staff is warm and polite. The hotel is located in the city center, in a quiet alley. I was originally impressed by this high-priced chain hotel, but was extremely disappointed. The no-smoking sign was not implemented. It was late at night and I was about to go to bed, but the smell of smoking wafting through the air conditioner in the next room made it difficult to sleep. I don't know what the sign means. After staying for four nights, the hotel did not give me any free Shaanxi specialties to taste when I left. This was different from the online reviews. Previously, when I stayed at a hotel near Yongning Gate for three nights, I was given a box of specialties to taste when I checked out. Therefore, I will not consider this hotel chain as an accommodation arrangement in the future.
