I booked two rooms, and one of them was actually occupied. When I opened the door, there was a shirtless man lying on the bed! ! I asked the check-in attendant at the front desk and she said she didn't know either? I’m shocked. One house can accommodate two families? Can one room card be given to two customers at the same time? The waiter at the front desk actually said she didn’t know! ? May I ask what the front desk is doing? The sanitary conditions are not good, and it is a couple's hotel. The sound insulation is poor and the noise is loud at night. The room rate is not worth the price. I will not go there next time!
