設施：是不是裝修很久了，窗户差點關不上，掛衣服的廚子燈帶掉下來了，浴室花灑接口處會漏水，總體設施不滿意，還好空調製熱還OK
衞生：衞生一般，進房間還有煙味沒有處理好，打開通風后會好一些，空調按鈕的開關裏面還有一衹小小蜘蛛
環境：周圍環境還行，在路邊但不會很吵
服務：前台有禮貌，態度很好

烘乾機極其的差，衣服烘了兩次都幹不了，早上一拿還是很濕，前台解釋是説有人按暫停，但是大半夜的按了暫停，也沒放新的衣服進去也不太合理。且住兩天衹充了一天的磁，還得下去充磁，搞的很麻煩。整體態度還可以，衞生也可以，洗衣設備慎重

先不説房間情況，體驗最糟糕的就是洗衣房，衣服洗完之後褪色不説，上面還好多黑點，聯繫了前台處理，到房間之後説是因為我們衣服黑白一起洗會染色，就把鍋甩到我們自己身上，我們是知道其他衣物不會褪色才會一起洗的啊，到後來他們的解決方法就是拿了三個小香皂讓我自己把黑點洗掉，請問這種服務態度誰能接受，衣服不能穿了，直接扔了，反正這家酒店真的拉黑以後不會再來了，體驗感超級差，慎重

酒店設施什麼的都挺不錯，唯一就是房間裏衞生間串味非常嚴重，半夜入住的，不想折騰了，不然都想下去換房間或者退房，出了衞生間串味這個問題，其他都不錯。
